Oil-film spray cleaners
　　After summing up limits and flaws of using water-method or dry-method techniques to treat paint spraying pollutions, Shanghai Jiao Tong University together with our factory successfully developed oil-film spray cleaners in 1986. Oil-film spray cleaners use mineral oils as cleaning media, based on technologies of particle collision, inertial separation, gas-liquid in-phase mixing, slow release, diffusion, and dilution. Oil-film spray cleaners integrate paint spraying, paint fogs treating, and exhaust gases cleaning in one.
　　Oil-film spray cleaners are tested by Department of Science & Technology of Jiangsu Province to comply with related national standards, listed in National New Products by the Ministry of Science & Technology of People’s Republic of China, and recommended as environment-friendly products. Oil-film spray cleaners have obtained “Certificate for a patent of utility model”.
　　Features and specifications:The plant uses the # 46 mechanical oil as the cleaning medium, which can be used cyclically for long and is preferred to conglutinate and catch paint fogs, and to mix and slowly release organic exhaust air due to proper adhesive viscosity. Because of different specific gravities between dusts and the mechanical oil and the pull of gravity, dusts will be separated from the mechanical oil after the mixture is placed silently for 4 to 6 hours. Sediments sludge on the bottom of the oil tank, and the cleaned medium is used cyclically in the upper part of the oil tank all the time. Sediments can be removed easily and directly after the cleaned medium is pumped into the auxiliary oil tank by the self-contained oil pump. After sediments are removed, the cleaned medium will be pumped into the main oil tank for use. Thus, the cleaning medium has no need to be replaced, but to be added.
　　The cleaning medium can slowly and naturally release and dilute benzene-contained exhaust gas. Thus, the cleaning medium has no need to be replaced, but to be added.
　　The cleaning medium-L-AN-46 mechanical oil is tested and proved by Applied Chemistry Department of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to have no chemical reaction during the period of cleaning and to have the open flash point of 160℃ or above, thus, the possibility for the spontaneous combustion is zero.
　　Moreover, the plant is cost effective because of low power consumption and slight oil addition. The oil fogs not only absorb paint fogs, dusts and exhaust air, but protect and lubricate metal systems. So, the plant features long service life up to 20 years minimum, low operation cost, and easy maintenance. It is proved that the first plant produced in 1986 is still under a sound operating condition.
